What is breath recovery?

Breath recovery - or pulmonary rehabilitation - is a program that helps people with COPD by improving symptoms like shortness of breath and fatigue, and by decreasing flare ups. It has been around for over 60 years with tens of thousands of people all over the world having completed it with great results!

As part of this 8-week program, you will meet with our knowledgeable respiratory therapist twice a week over video to:

  • Learn how to manage your COPD and stay healthy

  • Practice breathing techniques

  • Complete exercises tailored to your needs

Receive Kivo Kit in the mail

We will mail you our Kivo Kit which includes all the equipment you need to complete the program at home.

Set up

Our friendly staff will call to guide you through the simple set-up process and answer questions before you start. We will always be available over the phone to help with any equipment issues.

Join and breathe easier

Live video sessions from your home led by our respiratory therapists. Sessions will focus on breathing methods and exercises tailored to your needs. You will feel supported by your new community and the caring team at Kivo Health.
